Trolleybuses out of service with car no. 18



The trolleybus no. 18I of the Czech type ŠKODA 9 Tr14 was renamed on 06 July 1984 in trolleybus no. 30II. The trolleybus was scrapped in 1991.

This photo show the trolleybus no. 18I of the Czech type ŠKODA 9 Tr14 with trailer no. XVI of the GDR-type W 701-Reko (year of construction 1960, The trailer came in 1975 from Dresden and had there the car no. 353010.) at the Wilhelm-Pieck-Straße (today again: Eisenbahnstraße) at the former bus stop RAW going in the direction toward Karl-Marx-Platz.

Trolleybus no. 18/I of the Czech type ŠKODA 9 Tr14 (scrapped)


The trolleybus no. 30I of the Czech type ŠKODA 9 Tr13 came on 30 August 1975 from Dresden and had have there the car no. 253, later 303003-1. The trolleybus no. 30I was renamed on 06 July 1984 to trolleybus no. 18II (no. for EDP 6500082). From october 1984 the trolleybus was in service as "change car 2" for the trolleybus no. 26. The trolleybus was scrapped in 1985.

The articulated trolleybus no. 018 of the Hungarian type Ikarus 280.93 came on 28 October 1987 from Potsdam and was there with the car no. 955 in service. The articulated trolleybus no. 018 was taken out of service and sent to Timisoara/RO on 13 November 1995. The articulated trolleybus had there the car no. 20.
