Transfer of trolleybuses from Dresden

Since new vehicles could not be supplied, a reallocation of the used trolleybuses took place from already closed trolleybus operations on the still active trolleybus operations.

After the trolleybus operation in Dresden had been stopped on 28/11/1975, the Eberswalde trolleybus operation received end 1975 three trolleybuses of the Czech type ŠKODA 9 Tr13 from Dresden. For these vehicles the car numbers 30I until 32I were planned. In September 1975 the trolleybus no. 30I and in May 1976 the trolleybus no. 32I were placed into service. That as car no. 31I planned trolleybus received no registration and served as a spare part donor. It was scrapped 1980.

The photo shows the former trolleybus no. 30I later trolleybus no. 18II of the Czech type ŠKODA 9 Tr13 with trailer of the type W 701 Reko on the Freienwalder Straße in direction to Platz der Freundschaft (today: Market).
