The trolleybus no. 04^I was damaged by World War II on 25 April 1945. On 27 April 1950 trolleybus no. 04^I renamed in no. 01^II was taken again in service after reconstruction by the Eberswalde public utility. The trolleybus no. 01^II former no. 04^I was in use as only trolleybus of the origin series to at the beginning of 1959.

The trolleybus no. 04^III of the GDR type LOWA W 602a was sent in 1959 to Berlin and had there the car no. 1547. The trolleybus was in service until 1971.

After a road performance of 872530 km the trolleybus was parked on 30 September 2011 and sold to BKV Zrt. Budapest/H. The transport by flat bed trailer to Budapest/H was on 05 October 2011.

On 05 October 2011 was the articulated trolleybus no. 004 of the Austrian type ÖAF Gräf & Stift NGE 152 M17 shipped on a Dutch flat
bed trailer.

From 24 January 2013 after a reconstruction in Budapest/H the trolleybus was in the rolling stock of BKV Zrt. Budapest/H with car no. 359.
